A Personal Note From Ronald
Over the past several decades, alongside my 40+ years of teaching and performing piano, I’ve maintained a very disciplined and consistent fitness routine. One aspect of that, in particular, stands out: pull-ups. Years ago, I was known at my gym as “the guy who did 100 pull-ups a day,” and even now, at age 69, I still regularly perform 60–80 pull-ups per week and can easily complete around 20 strict pull-ups within two minutes.
What’s interesting is that this hasn’t gone unnoticed—people have remembered it over the years. Someone recently referred to me exactly that way: “You’re the guy that used to do 100 pull-ups a day.” That kind of long-term recognition says something about consistency, discipline, and identity.
I believe this is more than just a fitness detail. It communicates qualities that directly relate to what I offer as a teacher:
Decades of Discipline: With over 40 years of teaching and a lifelong fitness habit, I live the consistency I ask of my students.
A Reputation for Effort: Being known as “the guy who did 100 pull-ups a day” isn’t just about strength—it’s about the power of building a lasting identity through hard work.
Excellence at Any Age: At 69, I still maintain 60–80 pull-ups a week, proving that with patience and form, meaningful progress never has to stop.
The Mastery Connection: I don’t just teach piano techniques; I embody the focus, persistence, and attention to detail required to truly master a craft.Inspiring Your Journey: My goal is to guide you with that same unwavering commitment, showing you that with the right mindset, any milestone is within reach.
At any age, with patience and consistency, meaningful progress is always possible—and I’m here to guide you every step of the way
